As a Sales and Service Agent (SSA), you will be at the front line of Incredible Adventures’ market strategy. This includes communicating directly with customers about IA’s full line of products, processing bookings, and preparing operational aspects of our tours. SSA’s will consistently use both sales and customer service skills throughout each day and need to possess strong organizational and prioritization abilities for problem-solving time-sensitive issues with confidence and attention to detail. Effective communication over the phone, in person, and via email is essential in this position. You will work closely with travel passionate coworkers in a sustainable driven environment.

Specifically:

  • You are knowledgeable about our travel destinations, national parks, unique experiences, and are excited to help others plan their dream vacations.

  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once, in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are an excellent communicator, responsive, and adept at working with people from all walks of life

  • You are a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills

What We Require

  • North American travel and destination experience.  

  • Proficient in G Suite and Airtable

  • A love for organization and excellent communication skills

  • Ambition, drive, and creative problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility and the ability to work some early morning, evening, or weekend shifts.

  • Passion for nature and sustainable travel!
